Late Payments: All fees are pre-paid and are due the 1^st day of  the contract's lifecycle.  If a payment is not received within a reasonable period, Server Arts reserves the right to disconnect services without prior notice and recycle hardware utilized by customer's server(s), therefore disposing of customer's data without prior notice, at its discretion. Late fees apply.

Telephone Call Monitoring: To ensure customer service, Server arts reserves the right to record incoming and outgoing phone calls on its telephone lines, strictly for training purposes.
Privacy: In the course of doing business, Server Arts collects data from its customers in order to establish billing, customer and technical support. Some of this data includes but is not limited to name, address, contact and billing information. Server Arts under absolutely no circumstances whatsoever shares or discloses this data to a third party without the explicit prior consent of the customer.
Security: Server Arts will protect the confidentiality of its customers' information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible. To protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from customers, Server Arts has appropriate physical, electronic, managerial and audit procedures in place. This includes but is not limited to the shared servers utilized by Server Arts to accommodate hybrid hosting shared services. Since the customer is given full administrative access to the unmanaged dedicated server which is part of every hybrid hosting package, the customer is fully responsible for securing that unmanaged dedicated server. Server Arts will not be liable for any loss of data, revenue or opportunity resulting from inadequate security on the unmanaged dedicated server which is part of every hybrid hosting package. Customers are strongly urged to implement security measures such as OS hardening and auditing to protect their servers. A good starting point is Microsoft's security site.
